Sally Stanworth BSc Chiro - McTimoney Chiropractic

I had been working in the IT industry for nearly 20 years when I became pregnant with my second child. As with my first pregnancy, I started suffering with sciatica. I was introduced to a local McTimoney Chiropractor who successfully treated me, relieving me of the pain making my pregnancy more comfortable and enjoyable. I received treatments monthly to begin with and then more regularly towards the end of the pregnancy. A month after giving birth, both myself and the baby were checked over by the chiropractor to ensure that we were fully aligned.

I had not received many treatments when I decided to study to become a McTimoney Chiropractor myself due to the passionate enthusiasm of my practitioner and the success of my own treatment.

I set up my own clinic in Bicester at the beginning of 2009. I love my job, assisting in reducing patient's pain and improving their health and wellbeing.  I also practice using Soft Tissue Release (STR), Myofascial Release (MFR) and Muscle Energy Technique (MET).

Hannah Gattrell MBACP, Dip Couns - Counselling

Prior to starting Hannah's counselling training, she was a lawyer working in a corporate environment.  The process of change required her to let go of the certainty of rules, absolutes, precedents and known answers and move towards subjectivity, nuance and intuition.  She believes this reflects what to expect from the counselling process. It often involves a loosening or letting go of assumptions about life and ourselves and a fresh look at who we want to be. She believed her process allowed her to understand both the distressing and liberating feelings we sometimes have letting go of what we think we know about ourselves and stepping into the unknown.

Denise Wade BSc MBCP Dip Couns. Counsellor and Psychotherapist

I originally trained as a Science teacher and I found that I loved the pastoral care part of the job just as much as the teaching. This led me to train as an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, seeing clients for both short term and long term sessions. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space in which clients can explore the difficulties they are experiencing and gain insight into how their lives could change for the better. I believe that through understanding their issues and having all aspects of their personality accepted, clients are able to let go of some of the baggage they carry and find the energy and self compassion to enjoy their lives. If you would like to find out more then please have a look at my website . I offer a free 30 minute introductory session, then all other sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £40.
